He has very good communication skills including the ability to speak in a way that we can make informed decisions. We feel he has great follow-up. He seems to care about us as a customer. He goes the extra mile to tie off loose ends and fully completes the task/project. We acknowledge that customers are more adapt to complain than to praise ... we want to take this opportunity to praise him and extend our appreciation for his work.
