Project/Program Managers

with 5-10 years proven experience with documented successes in delivery on time and budget. Formal project methodology experience required. PMP or other PM certification preferred. Skills including MS Project (NIKU or Primavera also good to have). Must have functional expertise as well as technical PM experience. Must be able to develop detailed project plans, estimate task durations, manage project team members, identify and mitigate project risks, and control project scope/budget.  Program managers responsible for the successful completion of major business transformation efforts as well as coordinating the delivery of multiple projects, developing cost benefit analyses for the program, and communicating to an executive committee. Creating and reporting program status utilizing a dashboard, allocating resources across the multiple projects, and defining project governance policies and managing the financial concerns of the program a must.

Business Analysts

with 7-10 years of BA experience with formal processes including leading facilitation, gathering requirements, and building use cases. Experience in writing business requirements and functional specifications highly desired. Large project experience beneficial; and knowledge of project methodologies which might include RUP, UML, Agile, and PMBOK is good to have. Test plan/script/case development a plus. Experience with business process modeling and redesign, business case and return on investment models a must.

Quality Assurance

consultants with 5-7 years experience. Must have experience with business use case requirements to build test plans/cases and perform testing of the system in various stages of development ensuring the product functions as intended.

Developers

with a minimum of 3 years Microsoft .Net development experience (asp.net, ado.net, vb.net, C#.net, visual studio.net, .net 2.0 to 3.5) as well as SQL Server (2000 to 2005) and WinForms. Former experience in either Java/Oracle/PL/SQL or PHP/MySQL. Some client server skills (visual basic 6.0) required. Must create and maintain applications, perform updates, and assist with migrations between new and existing systems/databases. Industry specific experience within insurance/financial/banking and/or state/federal government and large client environments preferred. Can either be SAP, VB6, PHP, etc.
