Alliance Technologies Acquires ANE Technology Services

Des Moines, Iowa — Alliance Technologies has announced the acquisition of the network management services portion of ANE Technology Services from Perimeter eSecurity. ANE Technology Services, located in Johnston, Iowa, specializes in out–sourcing information technology services to small– to mid–sized businesses, with expertise in serving community banks. The acquisition is the second for Alliance Technologies in less than a year, providing strong growth and helping maintain our leadership position as Iowa's largest full–service IT provider.

Mike Lang, President of Alliance Technologies, states, "Acquiring the network services of a firm with an established local presence in the network management business was appealing to Alliance Technologies. ANE Technology Services began as a local company in 1998 and was acquired by a Connecticut–based firm, Perimeter eSecurity, in 2006. Perimeter provides information security products and services designed specifically for the banking sector, as well as network management and related IT support services for businesses within other industries.
