Program Overview

The Test Drive Program includes software and implementation services free of charge. We can have the Test Drive environment set-up within 3 days. Providing you the opportunity to truly evaluate our desktop virtualization solution and determine a path to best meet your desktop management goals. All we ask of you is to provide a minimal set of hardware, IT staff, and a post-project evaluation. Don’t delay; this opportunity is only valid through June 30, 2010.

What do you need to provide?

  • Once you have contacted Alliance Technologies and have agreed to participate in the Test Drive Program, you will be asked to:
  • Provide a minimal set of hardware
    • At least one dual processor 64bit Server with Windows Server 2008 R2, 16GB RAM, and 400GB of storage for:
      • Hyper-V (Physical)
      • System Center Virtual Machine Manager (Physical or Virtual)
      • Active Directory (Physical or Virtual)
      •  vWorkspace (Virtual)
    • Between 3 and 8 clients
  • Provide involvement of appropriate IT staff and targeted users in the evaluation
  • Provide evaluation of effectiveness upon Test Drive completion
  • Signed copy of Statement of Work (SOW)
